Hourly Rates

• Contract Review – £60–£85/hour
  Careful review of commercial, employment, or private contracts, including legal insights, risk identification, and practical recommendations.

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation – £65–£100/hour
  Tailored drafting and negotiation support to protect your interests and secure favourable terms.

• GDPR & AML Compliance Advisory – £60–£85/hour
  Advice on data protection and anti-money laundering compliance, including optional fixed-fee documents.

• Company Formation & Structuring (UK) – £50–£75/hour
  Guidance on choosing the right structure, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring a smooth UK company formation process.

 

(Rates vary depending on complexity and client profile. Simpler matters are priced at the lower end, with higher rates applying to more complex or urgent work.)

Fixed-Fee Packages

For frequently requested services, we offer transparent, fixed-price packages:

• Start-Up Essentials Package – £300
  Company formation support, setup advice, review of articles of association, basic shareholder agreement, privacy & cookie policies, and a 1-hour consultation.

• Contract Confidence Package – £250
  Review of one contract (up to 10 pages), written risk assessment report, and a 30-minute Zoom consultation.

• GDPR Essentials Package – £275
  GDPR compliance checklist, tailored privacy & cookie policies, optional data processing agreement, and a 1-hour guidance session.

Consultation Options

• One-Time Advisory Session
  A 60-minute consultation (online or in person) with a written follow-up summary. Ideal for focused or urgent matters.

• Monthly Legal Support Retainer
  Ongoing access to legal support for a fixed monthly fee. Includes pre-agreed consultation hours, document review/drafting, and priority scheduling.

 

Pricing Policy

We believe in transparent and fair pricing. All fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in a written engagement letter. Initial discovery calls are free of charge and without obligation.

We are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and do not undertake “reserved legal activities” as defined under the Legal Services Act 2007, such as litigation, conveyancing, or any work requiring SRA authorisation.

Our services are limited to non-reserved legal activities, including contract drafting and review, advisory on GDPR and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and guidance on company formation and corporate structuring.
